This will be a 60 minute initial assessment. We will look at your current function snd start to set some goals.
We will start to look at the Pilates key elements

Comfortable clothing that allows movement, barefoot or suitable grip yoga/pilates socks etc.

This is individual and depends on your goals, needs and stages of recovery. It may be weekly initially and work towards independence with the exercises
